Acceptance of this contractual document, which will govern the contracting of products through the website , implies that the user has read and understands what is stated here. Likewise, it has the necessary capacity to contract assuming all the obligations contained in said document. Likewise, the provider reserves the right to modify the conditions of use of the website without affecting the goods or promotions that were acquired prior to the modification. For this reason it is your responsibility to read them periodically since the conditions in force at the time of using the website or the conclusion of the contract will be those that will be applied to it.
OBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
This document will regulate the contractual sales relationship born between the provider and the user at the moment in which the user accepts the corresponding box during the online contracting process. The contractual relationship of sale involves the delivery, in exchange for a certain price and publicly exposed through the website, of a specific product or service.
The contracting procedure may only be carried out in the Spanish language. If it could be carried out in any other language, it will be indicated before starting the contracting procedure.
Ordering an order implies full and unconditional acceptance of the general conditions of sale. Therefore, the buyer will not impose conditions contrary to the seller, unless they have been expressly accepted, regardless of when they are brought to their attention.
It is reported that in accordance with article 27 of Law 34/2002 on Services of the Information Society and Electronic Commerce, the contracting procedure will follow the following steps:
1. Processing the order
Once the article selection process is completed, we proceed to the order confirmation section. Here the client is asked to identify himself if he has registered before, or otherwise he is asked to register. This confirmation makes the agreement between the parties total.
2. Customer registration

3. Shopping basket
The items to be purchased must be selected and added to the shopping bag by clicking on the corresponding icon.
In any case, the contracting platform of the provider will inform the user, once the contracting procedure is completed, by email regarding all the characteristics, price, forms of transport, date of contracting and estimated delivery of the contracted product or service.
The products that appear on the web are offered in real time, that is, all the products are available in our warehouses.
DELIVERY OF ORDERS
It will be carried out once the payment has been verified, and it will be made through the parcel company Correos and Correos Express. The delivery of the order will be made at the address freely designated by the user. Thus, the provider assumes no responsibility when the delivery does not take place as a result of the data provided being false, inaccurate or incomplete or when the delivery cannot be made for reasons beyond the control of the shipping company, such as the absence of the recipient.
If any deterioration or defect is detected in the package received, it must be recorded before signing the receipt of receipt of shipment. Once the package is opened, you must check that the merchandise is in a correct state, otherwise you must notify us within 24 hours of receipt of the shipment. Ludostreet will not be responsible in any way, if the warnings mentioned above are not followed.
If for any reason we are unable to meet the delivery date, we will inform you of this circumstance and we will give you the option to proceed with the purchase by establishing a new date or to cancel the order with a full refund of the price paid.
PRICE AND VALIDITY OF THE OFFER
The prices indicated for each product include the legally established VAT. However, said expenses, unless expressly stated otherwise, do not include shipping, handling, wrapping, shipping insurance or any other additional services and annexes to the purchased product or service. These amounts will be applied at the end of the shopping cart since the transport is related to the total weight of the order.
The prices applicable to each product will be those published on the website and applied automatically by the contracting process in the last phase of it. The client assumes that in any case the economic valuation of some products may vary in real time. In any case, this will always be previously communicated to users.
If an error is discovered in the purchase price of a product that you ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible so that you can reconfirm the order or cancel it.
They will only accept payments made by credit or debit card (Visa,
Visa Electron, MasterCard or AMEX) or through PayPal or bank transfer. Any payment made by the provider will entail the issuance of an invoice in the name of the registered user if requested. Said invoice will be automatically sent to the email address provided by the user.
For any information about the order, the user will have the customer service telephone number 644939378 or via email (company email). In any case, the subject must be sent in the message or to the teleoperator the order number that was assigned indicating the purchase confirmation in the email.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
In accordance with the applicable regulations, if you are hiring as a consumer, you can withdraw the contract at any time within 14 calendar days from the date of delivery of the order.
You can accredit the exercise of the right of withdrawal in any form admitted in law, being considered validly exercised by sending a return form that we provide. Once printed, the customer must fill it out and attach it to their return. The direct costs caused by the return will be paid by the customer, the amount paid by the customer for shipping costs (round trip) not being refunded.
Returns will not be accepted if the packaging of the product and all its components are not original or if they are not found or are not in perfect condition. Do not use seals or adhesive tapes on them.
Once the merchandise is reviewed, the purchase amount will be returned within a maximum period of 3 days from receipt of the returned merchandise.

This contract is governed by the applicable Spanish legislation. The parties agree to submit for the resolution of any controversy, conflict, or claim derived from this contract to the courts and tribunals of Valladolid (Spain), as it is the place of conclusion of the contract and of provision of the services object of this contract.
